RESOLUTION NO. 2024-266
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE STREET DEPARTMENT SEAL
COAT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Division Manager of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Street Department Seal Coat Program, and
WHEREAS, said Works Division Manager did file said specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Street Department Seal Coat Program, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 6, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the Street Department Seal Coat Program, are hereby approved, and said project proceeds in
accordance with said specifications.
