RESOLUTION NO. 2024-282 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY RIVERBANK INVESTMENTS, LLC, FOR THE MINOR PLAT OF GRATTAN ADDITION, A 3-LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION 1N THE "C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT LOCATED AT 935 SHEERER AVENUE. WHEREAS, on the 6th day of May 2024, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Minor Plat of Grattan Addition, a 3-lot commercial subdivision in the "C-2" Commercial District located at 935 Sheerer Avenue, and necessary documents, were presented for approval, and WHEREAS, said Minor Plat has been previously submitted to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming, and Zoning Commission April 9, 2024, and WHEREAS, said Minor Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Minor Plat of Grattan Addition, a 3-lot commercial subdivision in the "C-2" Commercial District located at 935 Sheerer Avenue, and necessary documents, are hereby approved.
