RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND MINIMUM
ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH JSA DEVELOPMENT,
LLC, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED MARCH 6, 2017,
AMENDING TO STRIKE 516 PINE STREET AND 521 PINE
STREET THREREFROM, AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
an amendment to the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement with JSA
Development, LLC, originally executed March 6, 2017, amending to strike 516 Pine Street and
521 Pine Street from said agreement, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on the behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May 2024.
