RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH CARDINAL CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated September 13, 2010, for
construction of a 10,000 square foot professional office building
in the Country Club Business Center near the Ansborough
Interchange, with a new minimum taxable value of $1.85 million
and tax rebates for ten years at 89 percent, by and between
Cardinal Construction, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of September, 2010.
