RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH KUENY
ARCHITECTS, LLC OF PLEASANT PRAIRIE,
WISCONSIN AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 13, 2010, at a cost not to
exceed $75,228.00, for architectural and engineering services in
conjunction with Phase I of a new public works complex, by and
between Kueny Architects, LLC of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of September, 2010.
