RESOLUTION TO RECEIVE, FILE AND INSTRUCT CITY
CLERK TO OPEN AND READ BIDS AND REFER TO CITY
ENGINEER FOR REVIEW IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
F.Y. 2011 RAINBOW DRIVE AND LETSCH ROAD FORCE
MAIN PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 792.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-841, ordering the
construction of the F.Y. 2011 Rainbow Drive and Letsch Road Force
Main Project, Contract No. 792, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
has been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on September 20, 2010 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the City Clerk shall
receive, file, open and read bids, then refer same to the City
Engineer for review in conjunction with said plans and
specifications.
