RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RENTAL OF THREE (3)
MOTOR GRADERS TO SUPPORT SNOW OPERATIONS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-843, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction
with the Rental of Three (3) Motor Graders to support snow
operations, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the public hearing on September 20,
2010 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said rental be
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 2010.
