RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED CONTRACT
WITH IOWA GOVERNOR'S TRAFFIC SAFETY
BUREAU FOR ALCOHOL INCENTIVE GRANT, PAP
11-410, TASK 82, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$31,950.00 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amended contract dated September 20, 2010, for an
Alcohol Incentive Grant, PAP 11-410, Task 82, in the amount of
$31,950.00, with no required local match, for the period of
October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011, to be used for
overtime for OWI arrests and other alcohol-related offenses, and
for the purchase of equipment, materials and training expenses
related to traffic enforcement, by and between Iowa Governor's
Traffic Safety Bureau and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 2010.
