RESOLUTION APPROVING JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT
WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, U.S.
GEOLOGICAL SURVEY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Joint Funding Agreement dated September 20, 2010, to fund
the operation and maintenance of the River Gage Station at 6th
Street, plus depth measurement of the effluent diffuser at the
Easton Avenue Treatment Facility, at a cost of $9,700.00, by and
between the U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological
Survey and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 2010.
