RESOLUTION NO. 2024-318
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT AND REAL ESTATE CONTRACT WITH
TRAMAUN ALLEN FOR THE REHABILITATION OF A
GARAGE AND CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Development Agreement and Real Estate Contract dated May 20, 2024,
between Tramaun Allen and the City of Waterloo, for the rehabilitation of a garage and
construction of a fence, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May 2024.
