RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA HARTLAND HABITAT FOR
HUMANITY FOR THE REHABILITATION OF A SINGLE-
FAMILY HOME AT 516 PINE STREET, WITH A $5,000.00
INFILL HOUSING GRANT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Development Agreement dated May 20, 2024,between Iowa Hartland
Habitat for Humanity and the City of Waterloo, for the rehabilitation of a single-family home at
516 Pine Street, with a $5,000.00 infill housing grant, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
