RESOLUTION NO. 2024-324
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY CEDAR
VALLEY FISH MARKET FOR AN ENCROACHMENT
AGREEMENT TO ALLOW FOR THE PLACEMENT OF A
FOOD TRAILER AND RELATED ITEMS IN THE RIGHT-OF-
WAY IN FRONT OF 218 DIVISION STREET, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the request by Cedar Valley Fish Market for an Encroachment Agreement, dated May 20, 2024,
by and between the Cedar Valley Fish Market and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow for the
placement of a food trailer and related items in the right-of-way in front of 218 Division Street,
and legally described as follows:
THE SOUTHWEST 46 FEET 8 INCHES OF LOT 1 IN BLOCK 1 OF
MORNING SIDE ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA
is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May 2024.
