RESOLUTION APPROVING OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT WITH
HOWARD L. ALLEN INVESTMENTS, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Occupancy Agreement dated September 20, 2010, for the
lease of Assessor parcel nos. 8913-25-279-005, -011, -012, -013,
and -014; commonly known as 123 Stanley Court, for the period
September 20, 2010 through July 31, 2011, by and between Howard
L. Allen Investments, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 2010.
