THE PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC
HEARING 15 TO DISCUSS AND
MAKE VARIOUS AMENDMENTS TO
THE CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING
ORDI NANCE,
Numerous amendments are proposed
to Ordinance No. 5079, the City of Wa-
terloo zoning ordinance, as previously
amended. The proposed amendment
would update multiple sections to ad-
dress changes to floodplain regula-
tions and related matters.
The public hearing will be held at
5:30 p.m. en Monday, April 29, 2024,
in the City Council Chambers at City
Hall in Waterloo, Iowa. Any questions
regarding the proposed amendment
to the Ordinance should be directed
to the Planning and Zoning Office at
319-291-4366. Anyone who is Inter-
ested may appear at same time and
place and be heard or may file written
objections or comments with the City
Clerk. City Hall, 71 5 Mulberry Street,
Waterloo, Iowa. before the date set for
hearing.
