TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th
day of May 2024, at 5:30 p.m., in the
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in
the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, a public hearing will be held by
the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iawa, for the sale and conveyance of
city -owned property located at 708 W.
3rd Street, in the amount of $1,00, to
Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity,
including approval of a Development
Agreement for the construction of
a single-family home and a g, rant of
$5,000.00 for infill housing develop-
ment, legally described as follows:
LOT 6 IN BLOCK 7 IN LEAVITTS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA, EXCEPT THE NORTH-
WESTERLY 45 FEET THEREOF_
Anyone who is interested may appear
