RESOLUTION APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
WITH EVA CULP AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Encroachment Agreement dated September 20, 2010, to
allow for a 3 to 3.5 foot handrail to encroach approximately 16.5
feet into Gable Street right-of-way, located directly in front of
503 Gable Street, legally described as follows:
Peeks Second Addition, Lot 1, Block 6 and the West 15
feet of Peeks Second Addition, Lot 2, Block 6, in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
by and between Eva Culp of 503 Gable Street and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 2010.
