RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING REQUEST
FOR PROPOSAL, BID DOCUMENT, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE CEDAR RIVER/EXCHANGE RUBBERIZED SURFACE,
PARK ROAD & BURTON AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed Request for Proposal, bid document,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Cedar River/Exchange Rubberized Surface, Park Road & Burton
Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
Request for Proposal, bid Document, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Cedar River/Exchange
Rubberized Surface, Park Road & Burton Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed Request for Proposal, bid
document, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the Cedar River/Exchange Rubberized Surface, Park Road &
Burton Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 2010.
