RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 3�
TON PICKUP WITH ALUMINUM SERVICE BOX.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of One (1) 'h Ton Pickup with Aluminum Service Box, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said the Superintendent of Central Garage did file
said preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Purchase of One
( 1 ) 3N4 Ton Pickup with Aluminum Service Box, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2010-808 on September 7,
2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 27, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the
Purchase of One (1) 9�,4 Ton Pickup with Aluminum Service Box, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2010.
