RESOLUTION APPROVING A JUNK YARD AND AUTO SALVAGE PERMIT
FOR JAMES ROOFF,
WHEREAS , James Rooff has proposed that the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a Junk Yard and Auto Salvage Permit
located northeast of the intersection of Lowell and Mitchell
Avenues and legally described as follows :
Lots 20-32 , Block 109 , Riverview Addition, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on November 3 , 1980 at
7 : 00 P .M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall , Waterloo , Iowa,
as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
on the proposal to approve said above mentioned permit , and
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said special
permit for a junk yard and auto salvage permit should be approved
as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Junk Yard and Auto Salvage Permit for James Rooff
located northeast of the intersection of Lowell and Mitchell
Avenues , be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of November, 1980 , approved
by the Mayor this 5th day of November, 1980 .
