RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR TRACT R,CEDAR HILLS
WHEREAS, it has proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo
Iowa,approve a site plan for Tract R,Cedar Hills located north of
Memory Lane and southwesterly of U.S . Highway 218 and legally
described as follows :
Tract R,Cedar Hills,City of Waterloo,Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public nearing was held on November 3, 198O,at 7 :00
P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall,Waterloo, Iowa,as provi ..ed
by law,by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,on the proposal
to approve said above mentioned site plan,and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved,as proposed,now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA„that the site plan for Tract R,Cedar Hills , located South of
Memory Lane and southwesterly of U.S . Highway 218,be and the same
is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of November, 198O ,approved by
the Mayor this 5th day of November, l98O .
