RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE PLAN FOR AN ADDITION
TO FIRST CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH LOCATED AT THE INTER-
SECTION OF SOUTH STREET AND WEST FOURTH STREET AS
NOVEMBER 24, 1980 AT 7 :00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock P,M0 ,on the 24th day of November
for the purpose of considering and acting upon a site plan for an
addition to First Congregational Church,generally located south-
west of the intersection of South and West Fourth Streets, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO; IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of November,1980 .
