RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE PLAN FOR JOHN DEERE
CREDIT UNION LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF EAST
DONALD STREET AND SAGE ROAD AS NOVEMBER 24, 1980 AT
Y :00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK
TO PUBLICH NOTICE OF HEARING,
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock P .M. ,on the 24th day of November,
1980 for the purpose of considering and acting upon a site plan
for John Deere Credit Union,generally located at the southeast
corner of East Donald Street and Sage Road now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, I0WA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of November, 1980 .
