RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO AGREEMENTS WITH THE CHICAGO
AND NORTH WESTERN TRANSPORTATION COMPANY FOR GRADE
CROSSING REPAIRS AT ANSBOROUGH AND FLETCHER AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that two agreements , No. 21-41-475 and 21-41-476 for grade
crossing repairs at Ansborough and Fletcher Avenue with the Chicago
and North Western Transportation Company,at a total estimated
cost of $14,300 .00 be,and the same is hereby,approved,and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreements
with the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company , in be-
half of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of November ,1980 .
