RESOLUTION APPROVING A FARM LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ARNOLD
JULIUS KASS FOR 125 ACRES IN SECTION 6-89-12 FOR A PERIOD
FROM MARCH 1, 1981 TO FEBRUARY 28, 1982 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the farm lease agreement dated March 1, 1981 with Arnold
Julius Kass for 125 acres in Section 6-89-12 with an amount due
on March 5,1981 of $5 , 625.00 and on December 1, 1981 of $5, 625 .00
be,arld the same is hereby approved for the period of March 1, 1981
through February 28, 1982 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE Mayor be and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to sign and execute said lease agreement
with said Arnold Julius Kass ,on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of November, 1980 .
