RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF TWO (2) % TON PICKUPS WITH
ALUMINUM DUMP BOXES.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-865, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., for the
Purchase of Two (2) '3,4 Ton Pickups with Aluminum Dump Boxes, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on September 27, 2010 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
authorization to proceed with purchase be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2010.
