A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ON
PROPOSED PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS ,FORM OF CONTRACT FOR
REPLACEMENT OF SWIMMING POOLS AND BATHHOUSES IN BYRNES
PARK AND GATES PARK IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE
TAKING OF CONSTRUCTION BIDS THEREFORE,AS NOVEMBER
17 , 1980 AT 7 :00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY
HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1-That the Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo,Iowa at 7 :00 P.Mo ,on the 17th day of November, 1980 , for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans , speci-
fications and form of contract for replacement of swimming pools
and bathhouses in Byrnes Park and Gates Park in the City of
Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore,and
Section 2- That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier°
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of November, 1980 .
