RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING CONTRACT WITH WAYNE
CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC . , FOR F.Y.
1981 FOWLER STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS , CONTRACT
NO, 216 , AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS , engineering services for F.Y. 1981 Fowler Street Sanitary
Sewer Improvements , Contract No. 216 , in the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
are needed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA, that
the Engineering Contract dated November 10 , 1980 for the F.Y. 1981
Fowler Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements , Contract No . 216 , by and
between Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc . , of Waterloo ,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of November, 1980 .
