CERTAIN PROPERTY TO BEPRING SERVICE CJMPANY INC.FOR
$11,300 .00 PLUS COSTS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR ANT)
CITY CLERK TO E)(ECUTE AND DELIVER A PEEL" FOR SAME.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo,Iowa ,is tine owner of real pro-
perty in the City of Weterloo,Iowa,as described below,and
WHEREAS, an offer to purcayse seL4 certain parcel of real
property in he sum of $11,900.00 plus dosts ,nes been mane by
Beaiin6 Service Company Inc . ,anu
WHEREAS, a public nearing was held on November L7, 19S0 at
7 :00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall,Wkterloo,Iowa ,as
provided by law,by the Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa ,on
the proposal co sell and convey premises owned by cue City of
Watarloo,Iowa ,to BeLrin6 Service Company In, . ,Waterloo,Iowa,and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that sale anu con-
veyance should be mane as proposed.
NOW,THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO,I0WA, AS FOLLOWS :
1. The following described reel property ,as fully d 'scribed
in the published notice in the Waterloo Courier on October 31,1980,
is not presently needed anu will not be needeJ in tae foreseeable
future for municipal, purposes and its ownership in servin6 no
municipal purpose,and

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY TO BEARING SERVICE COMPANY INC,FOR
$11,900 .00 PLUS COSTS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER A DEED FOR SAME.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo,Iowa,is the owner of real pro-
perty in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,as described below,and
WHEREAS, an offer to purchase saiu certain parcel of real
property in the sum of $11,900 .00 plus `osts ,has been made by
Bearing Service Company Inc . ,and
WHEREAAS, a public hearing was held on November 17, 1980 at
7:00 P.M. in the Council Chacbers in City Hell,Waterloo,Iowa,as
provided by law,by the Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa ,on
the proposal to sell and convey premises owned by the City of
Waterloo,Iowa,to Bearing Service Company Inc . ,Waterloo,Iowa,and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that sale End con-
veyance should be made as proposed .
NOW,THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA, AS FOLLOWS :

in the published notice in the Waterloo Courier or, October 31, 1960,
is not presently needed and will not be neeueu in the foreseeable
future for municipal purposes and itJ ownership in serving no
municipal purpose,and
2 . That the offer of Bearing Service Company Inc . to purchase
real property for the sum of eleven thousand nine hundred ($11,900.00)
Dollars and costs be,and it is hereby accepted for reel property
described below,: :

Waterloo,Black Hawk County,Iowe .
3. That the. City of Waterloo,Iowa,convey said parcels of real
property to Bearing Service Company Inc . by Quit Claim Deed,the
form of which is hereto attached ana approve,.
4,., That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
e .ecute'``and deliver deeds to Bearing Service Company Inc .
5 . That the original of sail deeds fully executed and ac-
knowledged having been submitted with this Resolution,tue same is
hereby approved and confii.aed by the Council.
