A RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME FOR HEARING ON A DOWNTOWN URBAN RENEWAL AND REDEVELOP-
MENT PLAN IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Ordinance No. 2723, passed and adopted
the 23rd day of December 1974, the Waterloo Downtown Urban Renewal and Redevelop-
ment Plan.
WHEREAS, it is desirable to modify the Downtown Urban Renewal and
Redevelopment Plan to more fully conform to downtown plans and/or studies underway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa will hold a public hearing to decide whether to modify the said
plan on f day of De,cemir,1980 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and that notice of such hearing be published.
