RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY
LOCATED NORTHWESTERLY OF THE INTERSECTION OF JOHN AND
ANKENY STREET AND EAST OF VIRDEN CREEK ENCLOSURE AS
DECEMBER 8, 1980 AT 7 :00 P .M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock P.M. on the 8th day of December,
1980 for the purpose of considering the sale of a parcel of
property generally located northwest of the intersection of John
and Ankeny Street and east of Virden Creek Enclosure,now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
