A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON VACATION OF A 16 FEET DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS 6, 7 ,AND 19 AND ALSO
BETWEEN LOTS 3,4,5 ,VOLD ADDITION AS DECEMBER 8, 1980
AT 7 :00 P.M° IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND IN-
STRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1-That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo
Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock P,M, ,on the 8th day of December, 1980 , for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a 16
feet drainage and utility easement between Lots 6, 7 ,and; 19 also bet-
ween Lots 3,4,5 , Vold Addition requested by Permanent Planning
Inc . ,owned by the City of Waterloo,Iowa,described as follows :
