RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WEST RIDGEWAY
AVENUE GRADING AND P.C.C. PAVING,CONTRACT NO. 165 ,
AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Irving F. Jensen Company Inc . ,Sloux City, Iowa
has mEterials and performed labor in connection with West Ridgeway
Avenue Grading and P.C.C. Paving Contract No. 165, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance
of the Work submitted by Brice,Petrides ,and Associates Inc . cert-
ifying that the work on this project has now been performed in
compliance with Standard Specifications of the City by said Irving
F. Jensen Company Inc . now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the Certificate of Completion and the Final Recommendation of
Acceptance of the Work submitted by Brice,Petrides , and Associates
Inc . be approved,the work of Irving F. Jensen Company Inc . of
Sioux City,Iowa accepted,and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
and directed to execute said Certificate .
Passed and adopted this 17th day of November, 1980 .
