RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR FIRST
CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH.
WHEREAS , First Congregational Church has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan for an
addition to First Congregation Church located at the corner of
South Street and West Fourth Street . and legally described as
follows :
Lots 1, 2, 3 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , and l0, inclusive,Block 32 ,
Original Plat on the West Side of the Cedar River
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on November, 24, 1980 , at
7 : 00 P .M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall ,Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law,by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed,now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the site plan for an addition to First Congregational
Church located at the corner of South Street and West Fourth Streets
be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of November, 1980 , approved
by the Mayor this 26th day of November , 1980 .
