RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR JOHN DEERE
CREDIT UNION.

WHEREAS , John Deere has proposed that the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan for a Credit Union to off y
be generally located southeast of the corner of East Donald Street b
and Sage Road and legally described as follows ; o
N. 300 ft . of W. 660 Ft . of NW4, Section 17 , Township
89 , Range 12 , except that part deeded to Black Hawk w N
County for road purposes , in the City of Waterloo, 41 1-341
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on November, 24, 1980 at
7 : 00 P .M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall ,Waterloo, Iowa,
as provided by law,by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
on the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed,now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, tha.t the site plan for John Deere Credit Union generally
located southeast of the corner of East Donald Street and Sage
Road,be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of November, 1980 , approved
by the Mayor this 26th day of November, 1980 .
