RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO
BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF BOB ' S BARRICADES , INC. TO
REZONE FROM "C-2" C0MMERCIAL DISTRICT TO "M-1"
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT A PARCEL OF LAND GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF JEFFERSON AND WEST
12TH STREETS AS DECEMBER 15 , 1980 ,AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK
TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa., shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 o' clock P .M. , on the 15th day of December,
1980 for the purpose of considering and acting upon an applicat-
ion of Bob ' s Barricade' s Inc . to rezone from "C-2" Commercial
District to "M-1" Light Industrial District a parcel of land
generally located at the northwest corner of Jefferson and West
12th Streets and legally described as follows :
Lot No. Ten (10) in Block No. Fifty-nine (59) in
Anthony Baker ' s Addition to the village of Waterloo
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of
the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of November, 1980 .
