RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DECLARATION OF COMPLETION
AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK,AS TO WORK AND MAT-
ERIALS FURNISHED BY WATERLOO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC.
FOR REPAIRS TO ELEVENTH STREET AND FALLS AVENUE BRIDGES
CONTRACT NO 16 AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Waterloo Construction Company Inc . , of Waterloo, Iowa
have under contract with the City of Waterloo , Iowa and furnished
certain materials and performed labor in connection with Eleventh
Street and Falls Avenue Bridges , Contract No. 16 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the Declaration of Completion and Final Acceptance
of the Work submitted by consulting engineers ,Brice,Petrides ,
and Associates , Inc, certifying that the work on this project has
now been completed by said contractors ,now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the Declaration of Completion and the Final Acceptance of the
Work submitted by the Engineers be approved, the work of Waterloo
Construction Company Inc. ,Waterloo, Iowa, accepted and the Mayor and
City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said Certificate.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of November , 1980 .
