RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK,AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS
FURNISHED BY YOUNGBLUT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC. FOR
F.Y. 1981 SAN MARNAN FRONTAGE ROAD PAVING PROGRANI, CONT-
RACT NO 208,AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS , Youngbulut Construction Company Inc . of Washburn,
Iowa, have under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and furn-
ished certain materials and performed labor in connection with F. Y.
1981 San Marnan Frontage Road Paving Program, Contract No . 208 , in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance
of the Work submitted by the City engineer certifying that the work
on this project has now been completed by said contractors ,now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the Certificate of Completion and the Final Acceptance of
the Work submitted by the Engineers be approved, the work of
Youngblut Construction Company Inc. ,Washburn, Iowa, accepted, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said
Certificate .
Passed and adopted this 24th day of November, 1980 .
