R :SQ fiTION APPROVING THE COMPLETION REPORT AND
RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF DOWNTOWN 80 'S STUDY.
WHEREAS , Communication Network Systems of Minneapolis ,
Minnesota has furnished certain materials and performed labor
in connection with the Downtown 80 ' s Study in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa and
WHEREAS , the Completion Report and Final Acceptance of the
Work submitted by the Planning Director certifying that the work
on this project has now been performed in compliance with contract
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA:
that the Completion Report and Final Recommendation of Acceptance
of the Work submitted by the Planning Director be approved, and
the work of Communication Network Systems of Minneapolis ,Minnesota
accepted.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of November, 1980 .
