RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
TO PURCHASE BORROW DIRT FROM THE CITY OF EVANSDALE .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that Agreement to purchase borrow dirt from the City of Evansdale
Iowa for construction of a flood control levee within the City
of Waterloo, Iowa,by and between the City of Evansdale , Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of November, 1980 .
