RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
TO BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO 2479 ,
AS AMENDED,ZONING ORDINANCE ,AS DECEMBER 15 , 1980 ,
AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL
AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 o ' clock P .M. on the 15th day of December,
1980 for the purpose of considering and acting upon amendments to
Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended, Zoning Ordinance, dealing with lot
widths and division of lot widths , a copy of which is on file in
the City Clerk' s Office.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier .
Passed and adopted this 24th day of November , 180 .
