Forest Avenue from West Ninth Street to Hammond Avenue
Helen Road from Cardinal Drive to Rainbow Drive
Johnson Street from West Ninth Street to Williston Avenue
Lobdell Road from Castle Street to Rainbow Drive
Passed and adopted this 24th day of November , 1980 .
