RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
RIVERFRONT STADIUM FIELD LIGHTING UPGRADE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Riverfront
Stadium Field Lighting Upgrade, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said the Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. in conjunction with the Riverfront Stadium Field
Lighting Upgrade, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution
No. 2010-814 on September 7, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 27, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the
Riverfront Stadium Field Lighting Upgrade, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2010.
