RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY' S FINANCIAL PART-
ICIPATION IN SUBGRADE REPAIR FOR CROSSROADS ESTATES
AND AEROSTAT HEIGHTS .
WHEREAS ,written requests have been received for the City' s
financial participation in subgrade repair in subdivisions known
as Crossroads Estates and Aerostat Heights , and
WHEREAS , the preliminary plats for said subdivisions were
approved prior to the adoption of Ordinance No . 2997 , Subdivision
Ordinance,now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA,
that subgrade repair for Crossroads Estates in the amount of
$63 , 620 . 94 and Aerostat Heights in the amount of $8 , 093 . 83 be
paid by the City of Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this day of ^' , 1980 .
