RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING DESIGN CONTRACT WITH
BRICE ,PETRIDES ,AND ASSOCIATES , INC .FOR PARKING STUDY
AND ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR CONWAY VICINITY AND THE WEST
SIDE PARKING RAMP AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS , engineering design and parking study for the
Conway Vicinity and the West Side Parking Ramp in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are needed,now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Contract dated December , 15 , 1980 , for an
engineering design and parking study for the Conway Vicinity and
West Side Parking Ramp ,by and between Brice,Petrides , and
Associates , Inc, of Waterloo , Iowa, and the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of December, 1980 .
