RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR MAYWOOD
WESLYAN CHURCH.
WHEREAS , Maywood Weslyan Church has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa, approve a site plan for an
addition for Maywood Weslyan Church located at the intersection
of Bishop Avenue and Schultz Street and legally described as
follows :
Lot 37 ,Auditor Barnes Plat of Maywood, City of Waterloo
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on December 22 , 1980 , at
7 : 00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall ,Waterloo , Iowa,
as provided by law,by the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
on the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed,now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the site plan for an addition to Maywood Weslyan Church
located at the intersection of Bishop Avenue and Schultz Street
be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of December , 1980 , approved
by the Mayor this 22nd day of December , 1980 .
