RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO
BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF YOUNGBLUT CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY,TO REZONE FROM "A-1"AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT
TO "C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT A PARCEL OF LAND
GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF HIGHWAY 412 AND EAST
OF HAMAOND AVENUE AS JANUARY 19 , 1981 ,AT 7 : 00 P .M.
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa at 7 : 00 o ' clock P .M. on the 19th day of January,
1981 for the purpose of considering and acting upon an applicat-
ion of Youngblut Construction Company to rezone from "A-1"
Agricultural District to "C-2" Commercial District a parcel of
land generally located Southeast of Highway 412 and East of
Hammond Avenue and legally described as follows :
A parcel of land located in the SW-SW of Section
2-88-13 described as follows :
Commencing at the SW corner said Section 2 ; thence due
East 1317 . 85 feet along the South line of Section 2
to the SE corner of the SW-SW Section 2-88-13 ; thence
N. 0° 17 ' 30"0 E . 33 . 0 feet to the point of beginning
thence N. 0 17 ' 30" E . 7p. 7 feet ; thence S . 48° 48 '
W. 266 . 9 feet ; thence S . 0 17 ' 30" W. 534. 9 feet ; thence
S . 90 00 ' E . 200 . 0 feet to the point of beginning
containing 2J0 acres more or less .
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
