A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE
OF AN ALLEY AT THE INTERSECTION OF EAST FOURTH AND
ARGYLE STREET AS JANUARY 19 , 1981 ,AT 7 : 00 P .N. IN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1-That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 o ' clock P .M. ,on the 19th day of January,
1981 , for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal
to sell and convey an alley requested by James Roland owned by
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, described as follows :
the east 120 feet of the east-west alley lying
between Iowa Street and East Fourth Street,north of
Argyle and South of Saxon Street .
Section 2-That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice
of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of December, 1980 .
