RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH COMMUNICATION
NETWORK SYSTEMS FOR PHASE III OF THE DOWNTOWN 80 ' S
DESIGN CONCEPT.
WHEREAS ,Phase I and Phase II of the Downtown' s 80 ' s plan
has beencompleted.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the contract for Phase III of the Downtown 80 ' s
Design Contract by and between Communication Network Systems of
Minneapolis ,Minnesota and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,be and the
same is hereby, approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of December , 1980 .
