RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED DECLARATION OF
COMPLETION AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF
REPAIRS TO ELEVENTH STREET AND FALLS AVENUE BRIDGES
AND ACCEPTING WORK.
WHEREAS , Waterloo Construction Company Inc • , has furnished
certain materials and
performed labor in connection with Repairs
to Eleventh Street and Falls Avenue Bridges , Contract No. 16 , in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the revised Declaration of Completion and Rec -
mendation of Acceptance of the Work submitted by City En °e
certifying giners
Y g that the work on this project has now been performed in compliance with Standard Specifications of the City
contractor,now, therefore by said
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO IOWA•
That the revised Declaration of Completion and the Final Recom-
mendation of Acceptance of the Work submitted by
the Engineers
be
approved, the work of Waterloo Construction Company Inc. , accepted
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute
said Certificate .
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of December, 1980 .
