RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CITY'S FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION IN
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo adopted Ordinance No. 2997, known as the
Subdivision Ordinance on November 20, 1978, and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance states that all subdivision improvements
(_including subgrade repair) will be installed at the developer's expense.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, that it will
be the subdivider's sole responsibility to construct all subdivision improvements
in accordance with City subdivision design criteria and construction standards.
